Our safety glass is tested for its ability to withstand manual attack according to European standard EN 356 .
Vandalism resistant Plastofloat is rated from 1 (P1A) to 5 (P5A) depending on its performance during testing :
• From 1 = P1A to 4 = P4A, the samples tested undergo 3 successive impacts from a steel ball weighing 4.1 kg dropped in
a triangular pattern, without being penetrated. The height from which the ball is dropped determines the rating.
• For level 5 = P5A, the samples must withstand 9 impacts: 3 successive impacts 3 times in a row.
